Dr. Tom Warden D.C. has been an associate doctor at Stillwater Spine and Sports Center since graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. He was born and raised in Butte, Montana where he did his undergraduate studies at Montana Tech. Following high school he spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. After serving in the Marine Corps he worked in the construction trades for 13 years. He has participated in community activities such as providing care for participants in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk for the Cure while in Minnesota and locally helped perform physicals for The Flathead Valley Little Guy Football. Dr. Warden was first interested in becoming a chiropractor when he was in middle school. He witnessed the improvement in the quality of his mother’s life chiropractic care provided after she sustained a serious injury to her low back while working.
Dr. Warden understands that each person is an individual and therefore needs to have the treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. He uses soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and transverse friction massage in combination with chiropractic adjusting to provide relief from both chronic and acute injuries. He will provide simple therapeutic exercises to assist in the healing process and to strengthen muscular deficiencies to help reduce the risk of future re-injury.

Dr. John Ogden D.C. has been an associate doctor at Stillwater Spine and Sports Center since graduating from Western States University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Ogden is the oldest of 5 brothers, which all are intertwined with various facets of the Flathead valley community. He is a Flathead high school graduate and standout athlete in Kalispell. Following high school, he played football at UM where a career ending injury brought him into the chiropractic setting and inspired him to help others in the way he had been helped. He earned his Exercise Science degree at the University of Montana. Dr. Ogden approaches each patient as a unique problem and tailors his treatment plans specifically for that individual. In office, he uses Chiropractic adjusting, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, transverse friction, and muscle facilitation techniques that aid in his patients’ rehabilitation. Also, he gives his patients the self-help tools for outside the office, including: strengthening regimens, proprioceptive training, stretching exercises, and ergonomic training that will speed his patients’ recoveries and prevent future re-injury. Outside of work, you can find Dr. Ogden on the river fishing, boating on the lake, golfing, or working out at the local gym.
